Polymatech Greenlit for New Semiconductor SEZ in Chhattisgarh

Polymatech Electronics has achieved a major milestone with official notification from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for its new semiconductor and electronic component Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Chhattisgarh. Published in the Gazette of India as S.O. 3675(E), the notification designates 10.13 hectares at Mandir Hasaud, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar for the project. Following its Letter of Approval in June 2026, Polymatech will fund the infrastructure and operationalization entirely through internal resources and a capital-disciplined framework. To streamline logistics, the site has been granted Inland Container Depot status under the Customs Act, 1962, alongside the establishment of a dedicated Approval Committee. This project underscores Polymatech’s commitment to scaling advanced electronics manufacturing and strengthening India’s semiconductor ecosystem.
